We understand that everyone’s needs are different. We approach your child’s care from an individualized standpoint though interviews, standardized assessments, and observations to make a plan that is specific for you and you child’s needs.

For families who have received an Autism Diagnosis

Once you receive an Autism diagnosis and a referral from your pediatrician, we will begin with an initial phone consultation to provide you with more information, answer any questions you may have and gather some preliminary information. We will then schedule an assessment designed to develop a report of objects and goals that we will submit to your insurance provider. These goals will be based on interview, standardized assessments, and observation. This process takes about 1 week.

Following submission to your insurance provider, we will create a team for you consisting of a BCBA and RBTs while we begin working with you on setting regular, recurring session times within yours and ours availability. We typically receive approval and authorizations to begin services within 2 weeks of submission.

Following approval, your BCBA will contact you to begin parent training sessions and to establish a start date for RBT sessions.
