About Us

Venture ABA Hawaii

Venture ABA was started in 2022 with a desire to provide effective and efficient ABA services to people across Hawaii. While we may be a young company, we come ready with extensive training and experience in the study and application of applied behavior analysis. Our philosophy and practice is based on an understanding that behavior analysis is a way of looking at the interactions between peoples’ behavior and their environment; through observation and understanding, we can modify these relationships to increase the overall demonstration of desired behaviors while decreasing the need for maladaptive or undesired behaviors. Some areas in which behavior analysis has been demonstrated to be effective include communication skills, social skills, positive interactions with others, reduced tantrums and meltdowns, and overall desired behaviors. In the home and even business environment, behavior analysis has been shown to provide ways to increase productivity, reduce injuries/mistakes, and increase overall satisfaction. Through a combination of teaching, coaching, modeling, and direct services Venture ABA is ready to provide you with the services that best fits your needs.

Gregory Manzo

MS BCBA LBA

Greg has been practicing in ABA since 2005 with a wide range of clientele and settings. He began his training in a specialized school and residential program in Massachusetts where he received his Master’s degree in behavior analysis and his BCBA in 2009 while working primarily with kids aged 13-22. Following this, he moved to California to work with children aged 2-18 in home-based and clinical-based settings. He transferred to Hawaii in 2012 where he continued his learning and work experience with families across the island of Oahu. In addition to home and clinic based services, Greg also consulted to local school districts by completing/presenting initial assessments and providing supervision services to RBTs. Greg has extensive experience interacting with parents, caregivers, and school facilities through his work in home, school, and clinic settings. Throughout his professional career, Greg has gained experience providing effective treatment programs to benefit children with all different types of needs including intense behavior reduction, increased communication and social skills, and increased overall independence. Most recently, Greg has served as Clinical Director for an ABA center and also received a certificate in OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) through the Florida Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys hanging out at home with his wife and many animals (3 dogs, 2 fish tanks, and a tortoise), eating all the food Oahu has to offer, snorkeling/freediving, and slowly learning golf. Greg and Venture ABA Hawaii look forward to applying our experience and expertise to help you and your family; Hawaii has given us so much to be thankful for and we are excited to return the favor to children and families across the islands.
